Ingredients
ü 2 cup of Flour
ü 2 Large Eggs
ü 1 ½ cup of milk
ü 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
ü Butter
ü Syrup
In a large bowl, mix the Flour, Eggs, Milk, and the vegetable oil. Use a measuring cup to make sure you’re using the right amount of each ingredient. After placing all the ingredients in the large bowl, use a large spoon or a hand blender to blend the ingrdients. When all the ingredients are mixed thoroughly, place a pancake size saucepan on the stove, and set to mid-heat. Place a 1 centimeter thick, slice of butter on the heating saucepan. When the butter has completely melted and spread all over the surface of the sauce, it is time to begin cooking the pancakes.
First, you have to determine how thick and what size you want your pancakes to be. After you have determined, start to pour the mixed ingredients on to the heated saucepan until you have the right amount for the size and thickness you have determine then stop. In 1 and ½ minutes or when bump start to occur on the top-side of the pancake, it is time to flip. Flipping the pancakes is the hardest step for me. It can start to get real messy if you flip wrong, flip it too late, or flip it too early. For this step you may need a large spatula. When you see that it is time to flip, take the spatula and flip the pancake on to the other side.
After a couple minutes, check to see if the pancake it done thoroughly. Then place the pancake on to a plate. It is your option how you want to decorate your pancakes. You can use syrup , a slice of butter , strawberries , Blueberries , and more.
Finally, It is time to serve the pancakes.
